Kyle Schiebert

Kyle Schiebert is a dedicated therapist and Army Veteran with a Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling from the University of Phoenix and enrolled currently in a doctoral training in Clinical Psychology at Walden University. He is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) with specialized expertise in trauma, substance use, anxiety, depression, and neurodivergent experiences. Kyle draws from a robust toolbox of evidence-based practices, including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and Schema Therapy. His clinical work is grounded in both science and empathy, ensuring that each client receives a personalized, research-informed treatment experience.

Kyle is deeply committed to creating a welcoming and affirming space for all identities and relationship structures. He is LGBTQIA+ affirming, polyamory- and kink-aware, and works from a foundation of cultural humility and inclusivity. As a lifelong fan of comics, movies, video games, and tabletop role-playing games, Kyle also incorporates Geek Therapy into his work—using pop culture as a bridge to build trust, foster insight, and empower clients through their passions. Whether he’s guiding a client through trauma recovery or helping someone manage anxiety with real-life hero analogies, Kyle creates a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, supported, and understood. His mission is to meet people where they are and walk with them toward healing—one level, one story, one breakthrough at a time.

Kyle is available for Telehealth meetings.
