Jennifer is an expert with neurodivergent persons on the autism spectrum and extensive experience working with neurodivergent children ages 2 to 12. She brings a compassionate, trauma informed perspective to her work. She offers services in both English and Spanish, and is committed to creating an inclusive, affirming environment where clients of all backgrounds can feel truly seen and supported.

Jennifer takes a thoughtful and collaborative approach to therapy, aiming to create a space where clients feel safe, supported, and empowered. She believes in meeting clients where they are, honoring their unique experiences and identities. Her clinical work is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with an emphasis on mindfulness and schema-informed techniques to help clients better understand patterns, challenge unhelpful thoughts, and build healthier ways of coping.

In addition to working with thoughts and feelings, Jennifer incorporates elements of humanistic and strength-based therapies to provide a holistic and flexible framework that adapts to each client’s needs. She values authenticity and connection in the therapeutic relationship and works to support clients in gaining insight, fostering resilience, and achieving meaningful personal growth.
