patrice patton-campbell, LPC

I am deeply passionate about delivering high-quality, evidence-based services. People have pain points and I want them to give me a chance to help. I have extensive experience and most importantly - a great deal of compassion - for folks grappling with mental health and substance use issues. I have a strong belief in the basics such as creating a safe space for clients and their loved ones and families to be themselves. Exploring things that make humans feel vulnerable is hard. I want to share in your stories, empower you, and foster the best personal freedom you have ever felt.  Good or bad, we do all things, always for a reason. I want to help you to discover life's good things for the right reasons. Your strengths are important to me. Your network and background of resources are important to cultivate. People know me as warm, open, and encouraging but I also want you to know that I am down to earth and bring creativity and a sense of humor to look at life differently. Life has its petty ironies but also beauty and elegance and I want to help you find that. I also strongly desire to know each person by their strengths and our time and space together will be affirming for clients of all ages, genders, and orientations. On a personal note: I enjoy some of the gifts life has to offer such as savoring great food, exploring new places sharing laughter, and spending quality time with loved ones. During our time together look for me to encourage and support you to pay attention to your self-care, and find your niche of enjoying life.
