Thoughts are the Cause of Feelings

If even occasionally, you tell yourself "I can't do this or that" you will believe it in all things, not just one thing. The best way of finding happiness is to change your thoughts...because ALL feelings are CAUSED by thoughts. That means even if you have to FAKE IT UNTIL YOU MAKE IT...thinking happy thoughts will cause happy feelings. 
That means, thinking angry thoughts will cause angry feelings. 
Thinking thoughts of abundance will make you feel thoughts of abundance.
